General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your semen analysis suggests you have low sperm motility and high liquefaction time.
It could be due to infection in genital tract or nay defect in the accessory sexual gland, low testosterone
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo
Semen culture, color doppler scan of scrotum, routine blood tests like CBC, ESR, lipid profile, serum testosterone.
Further plan will be decide according to test result.
Following treatment will helpful:
Tablet clomiphene citrate and gonadil F
Antibiotic course for infection
Avoid stress, avoid tight clothing and direct exposure to heat
Do regular exercise and eat healthy diet
Hope this may help you
